| Will you marry me? No; but we can be great friends. What tools do you use to draw? I use Photoshop CS5 & my digital tablet most of the time, but I use good ol’ pencil and paper a lot too. Once in a while, I'll paint, but I doubt you'll see any of that on here. What kind of tablet do you have? A Wacom Bamboo Capture! It's the smallest model, but it works great & the workspace is perfect. It came with free starter software, too, so I would def recommend it! Do you do tutorials? I have made a couple of tutorial vids on my livestream account (which might be annoying trying to get through all the junk) but there are a couple! And they are usually titled appropriately! Nope, I went to a private liberal arts college, majoring in English/Creative Writing with a minor in Studio Art which was all very traditional. I self-taught my cartoon style within the last year, and that was tough but a lot of fun. I might go to grad school for art, we'll see. Who are your biggest artistic influences? Man, I have a lot. Glen Keane, Hayao Miyazaki, Shiyoon Kim, Milt Khal, Jin Kim, Seventypercentethanol, Mary Blair, Maginel Wright, Eyvind Earle, Daniel Danger, Van Gogh, Henry Darger, James Jean, Eric Fortune, Bernini, Monet, Klimt, etc., and that’s the short list. Who are your favorite artists on tumblr/DA? Oh, gosh! So many! Here are a few: Seventypercentethanol, Burdge, foreverafox, princelypaws, milkmanner, boenne, phobs, pocketpicasso, mayakern, dapper-owl, & so many more. I want to draw your characters! Is that okay? OMG OF COURSE!! But please, link me to it or share it with me in some way! I would really love to see your work <33 Can I use your art as a reference? I'm totally fine with you using my art as a reference & I believe in learning through artists you like (that's what I did starting off with cartoon art!) but please give credit where credit is due, for example, if you use my line art or stuff like that!
